Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a generous return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items sold on SmartGadgetai within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some exceptions may apply, such as:
- Items that have been damaged or used
- Items that are missing parts or packaging
- Items that are clearly marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at support@smartgadgetai.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the returned item.
- Ship the item to the following address:

Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
